1. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, subscribe, or access any part of this site. By creating an account or subscribing, you represent and affirm that you are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to request proof of age and to terminate any account where this cannot be verified.
2. Nature of the Content
This archive contains fine art photography, including occasional non-explicit artistic nudity. All work is presented as artistic expression and is intended for mature audiences.
3. Accounts and Membership
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials, allow others to access your account, or access the archive on behalf of anyone else. Each account is monitored for concurrent sign-ins; a new sign-in on a different device will end active sessions elsewhere as a security measure. Sharing an account is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate termination without refund.
4. Subscription and Billing
Membership is billed at $22.22 per month via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable, including for partial periods.
5. License to View
Subscribing grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view the archive for your own private use. This license does not permit you to download, screenshot, screen-record, reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, sell, or otherwise share any content, in whole or in part, by any means. All images are watermarked and protected accordingly. Violation of this section is grounds for immediate termination without refund and may expose you to liability for copyright infringement.
6. Intellectual Property
All photographs, video, text, and other content on this site are the original work of the artist and are protected by copyright. Nothing on this site transfers any ownership or intellectual property right to you beyond the limited viewing license in Section 5.
7. Conduct
You agree to use this site respectfully and in accordance with our Community Guidelines. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account for conduct we determine, in our discretion, to be abusive, harassing, or in violation of these Terms.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
This site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, artbabyxo and its owner disclaim all liability for any damages arising from your use of this site.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
